Madeleine Almoayed is the founder and principal of Madeleine’s Preschool since 1983.

She holds a Montessori Diploma from The London Montessori Centre and brings more than four decades of experience in early education.

Jalila ALalawi

Administrative

Jalila AlAlawi holds a Diploma in Finance and accounting from BIBF. She has over 20 years work experience, 10 of those years are in the education sector.

Nadia Mashaie

Assistant Principal

Nadia is a Montessori English Guide/directress from Bahrain. She received her Montessori Diploma from Bahrain Montessori Centre, which is affiliated with MCI, in London. She has 15 years experience in teaching, and is fully bilingual in Arabic and English.

Laura McLaughlin

English Teacher

Laura McLaughlin is a qualified English Montessori teacher who is holding a Montessori Diploma from Bahrain Montessori Centre (Affiliated with Montessori Centre International - London). Laura has 28 years teaching experience, 23 of those years at Madeleine’s Preschool as an English Montessori teacher.

Bayan Almajed

Bayan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Bahrain. She has been a part of MPS team for over 2 years.

Mona Mulla

Arabic Teacher

Mona Mulla is a qualified Arabic Montessori teacher who is holding a Diploma in early childhood education from Bahrain University and a Montessori Certificate for early childhood from Bahrain Montessori Centre (Affiliated with Montessori Centre International). Mona has 22 years teaching experience, 12 of those years at Madeleine’s Preschool as an Arabic Montessori teacher.

Mariam holds a Diploma in childhood education from University of Bahrain.She has 11 years of experience working in the classroom at Madeleine’s Preschool.

Deger Kira

English Teacher

Deger Kira is a qualified English Montessori teacher who is holding a Montessori Diploma from Bahrain Montessori Centre (Affiliated with Montessori Centre International - London). Deger has 19 years teaching experience, 14 of those years at Madeleine’s Preschool as an English Montessori teacher.

Mariam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a TEFL certificate. She has 5 years of experience with children, and has been a part of MPS team for more than one year.

Arabic Teacher

Radhya Jawad is a qualified Arabic teacher who is holding a Diploma in early childhood education from Bahrain University. Radhya has 25 years teaching experience, 12 of those years at Madeleine’s Preschool as an Arabic teacher.

Farah Rifath

English Teacher Farah Rifath is a qualified English Montessori teacher after having successfully completed her fulltime Montessori Course at the Bahrain Montessori Centre (Affiliated to the London Montessori Centre) and receiving her Montessori Teaching Certificate in 2005. Farah joined Madeleine’s Preschool over 18 years ago as an English Montessori Teacher.

Ruqaya Al Tublani

Ruqaya Altublani is a qualified Arabic Montessori teacher who is holding a Diploma in early childhood education from and a Montessori Certificate for early childhood from Bahrain Montessori Centre (Affiliated with Montessori Centre International). Muna Rabieh

English Teacher

Muna Rabieh is a qualified Englsh teacher who is holding a Montessori Diploma from Kingston Montessori Academy. Also, she has a Professional Diploma Program in teaching & Innovative methods in the Educational Process and Multimedia from University of Bahrain and a Diploma in Professional education in teaching from Arab Open University. Muna has 28 years of teaching experience as an English teacher.

Natasha has over 10 years teaching experience at Madeleine’s Preschool. Natasha follows a holistic teaching approach; focusing on the child’s emotional, social, and academic needs, enabling them to progress with independence and self-confidence.

Hanna is a qualified English Montessori teacher who is holding a Montessori Diploma from the North American Montessori Center in Canada. Zahra has 7 years teaching experience at Madeleine’s Preschool as an English Montessori teacher.
